About Kathryn Connolly

Kathryn Connolly has been with WEX for nearly 15 years, currently serving as director of strategic excellence in human resources. She plays a key role in ensuring the GTD organization is addressing business needs and demonstrating business impact through learning and development solutions. Kathryn is tasked with linking performance-driven learning solutions to the WEX corporate strategy, business objectives and human capital.

As a founding partner WEX has the opportunity to leverage our engagement with the Roux Institute to enable WEX’s strategic growth imperatives aligned to upskilling our workforce, investing in our people and creating a sustainable pipeline of graduate level talent. Kathryn is the Strategic Relationship Partner collaborating with Roux to execute on the partnership framework.

Kathryn has a B.S. from the University of Maine in applied technical leadership. She has an M.A. in adult education and structural design from the University of Phoenix. She holds many additional degrees and certifications from George Mason University School of Business, University of New England, and Endicott College. She is active with Partners for World Health, Junior Achievement of Maine, and the United Way of Greater Portland.
