About Heather Andrews

Heather’s key passion and theme throughout her career has been driving influence to enable organizations, teams and individuals to be successful. Heather brings this approach to our strategic accounts team – achieving collective success for our customers and the business through a keen focus on people, development, growth and durable goal alignment. Heather joined our Corporate Payments line of business in 2018 from our Health business. As a founding member of Lighthouse1, now WEX Health, Heather was part of the core team that grew the company from $0 to over half-a-billion market value by acquisition 8 years later.

Heather holds BS and Masters degrees in Organizational Psychology and lives in Minnesota with her family. Heather also is on the advisory board for the district’s Community Education organization, volunteers with the children in community and global food distribution initiatives, and is involved with “TeamWomenMN” strengthening and encouraging women in business at all levels.
