Fuel cost averages dropped around the country this week, indicating some new fuel price cycles are imminent over the next month – but with so many question marks around wholesale and crude prices, retailers will most likely be undecided in terms of their next pricing strategy. Retailers may also opt to make up lost ground by increasing margins due to recent excise cuts.
