Non contract customers are required to keep their devices for a minimum of three paid invoices. If devices are returned within this period, a termination fee equal to three months will be charged
Returns Process
All fees continue till the tracker is received and removed from the account. If received after the 15th of the month then charges will be applied on the next invoice.
- Please take and keep a picture of the tracker/s showing the sticker with the IMEI number visible and all the other equipment.
- Please obtain and keep hold of a proof of delivery receipt.
- Please email the picture of the tracker/s and of the postage receipt showing the tracking details.
- Please email / call WEX a week after posting so we can check removal from the account.
