WEX Spring into Summer 2024 

The promoter of this competition is WEX Europe Services Limited, company number 08284241,(“Promoter”), registered in England and whose registered address is at Floor 7, Hyphen Building, 75 Mosley St, Manchester M2 3HR.

This competition (“Prize Draw”) is only available to ESSO and WEX Card customers (“Customer”) in the UK and Europe.

Win with WEX and Lastminute.com

Fuel with your WEX Card from 01 April 2024 to 31 May 2024 with a minimum fuel of 50 Litres in a single transaction for a chance to win a top Prize Lastminute.com Travel Gift Card with a value of £4,000. 

If you are a European resident, the value of this Lastminute.com Travel Gift Card is 5,000 Euro.

Increase your chances of winning. Every time you fuel (minimum 50 Litres in a single transaction) it will count as an additional entry in the Prize Draw. 

The Travel Gift Card is valid on flight, hotel or Flight + Hotel bookings on lastminute.com and valid for 12 months from the date of receipt by email. You can use it on an unlimited number of trips until the amount is fully redeemed. 

Travel dates may be later than the Travel Gift Card’s expiry date.

There are also 10 exclusive WEX travel bundles to be won for runners up (worth over £75 for UK residents and €85 for European residents).

Rules

1 The competition is open from 01 April 2024 and closes at 11.59pm on 31 May 2024. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

2 To enter the prize draw you need to opt in from the email that will have been sent to you.

3 one entry per customer will be accepted.

4 The Promoter will not accept:

(a) responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

(b) proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.

5 By entering the Prize Draw you agree to be bound by these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

8 The winning entries will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator. The decision of the panel of the adjudicator (acting reasonably) will be final.

9 The winner will be contacted by 30 June 2024. The details of the winner will be announced on our website at https://www.wexinc.com. If we are unable to reach you by 20 June 2024 we will randomly select another winning entry.

10 The competition is open to UK residents and European residents over the age of 18.

11 Employees of WEX Europe Services (UK) Limited or its holdings or subsidiary companies and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter this competition. In entering you confirm that you are eligible to enter and the Promoter may ask for proof of eligibility.

12 Opting into the Prize Draw counts as 1 free entry, every transaction of 50 liters or more in a single transaction will count as additional entries.

13 The Promoter will not accept Prize Draw entries that are:

(a) automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications);

(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;

14 There is no cash alternative to the prize.

15 Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

16 The Travel Gift Card will be provided by BravoNext SA – Chiasso, Vicolo De’ Calvi n. 2, C.F. e P.I. CHE-115.704.228IVA.. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

17 The winner agrees to participate in any publicity the Promoter wishes to create surrounding the competition.

18 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

19 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

20 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

22 These Prize Draw Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE TRAVEL GIFT CARD lastminute.com

• The Travel Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The trip departure date can be after the voucher expiry date.

• Only one TravelGift Card can be used per booking, and cannot be used with any other vouchers issued by us in a promotional or refund capacity.

• can only be used on lastminute.com to book flights, flight + hotel packages or accommodations (services which require payment to be made to a third party on arrival are excluded).

• It can be used for multiple bookings, until the full value is redeemed. If the total sum of the booking is less than the value of the Card, the remaining credit can be used for a new booking. Conversely, if the amount of the booking is greater than that of the Card, you can use a valid credit or debit card to pay the outstanding amount.

• The TravelGift Card cannot be used to book flights on the results page with ‘Guaranteed connection’: these flights are not offered directly by lastminute.com but by a third party partner, so they are not bookable with our Gift Cards.

• The TravelGift Card cannot be sold or refunded, even in the event of theft or loss, nor can it be exchanged for money or other goods or services.

• It cannot be used to reserve hotels or houses where payment must be made directly at the property.

• It cannot be used to acquire post-sale services once the booking is confirmed.
