BGC mission
The Black Growth Council is dedicated to the education, growth and development of employees that self-identify as Black, African American, or are of African descent. At BGC we play a key role in helping our members develop to their fullest potential by providing them with opportunities to sharpen their leadership skills for successful careers at WEX. To achieve this mission, we are committed to fostering a culture that encourages inclusivity, relationships, mentorship, and collaboration between our members and the WEX community. Additionally, we are committed to supporting workforce strategies that enable the recruitment and retention of employees of color across all levels of the WEX talent base.
